Terms & Conditions – Tanzania Migration Safaris & Travel

At Tanzania Migration Safaris & Travel, we aim to provide an exceptional and seamless travel experience. These Terms & Conditions ensure a clear understanding between us and our clients while maintaining fairness and flexibility for all parties involved.


1. Booking & Payment Terms

Reservation Confirmation – A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment.
Flexible Payment Options – Clients can pay through secure bank transfers, credit cards, or other accepted payment methods.
Full Payment Deadline – The balance must be settled before the departure date unless otherwise agreed.
No Hidden Costs – All pricing is transparent, and any extra charges (such as park fees, optional activities, or upgrades) will be clearly communicated.


2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that unexpected events can occur. Therefore, we offer a flexible refund and rescheduling policy:

100% Refund or Free Trip Postponement – If a trip is canceled due to major disasters or global emergencies (such as earthquakes, pandemics, or government-imposed travel restrictions), the client may choose to:

  • Receive a full refund (100%) of the amount paid.
  • Reschedule the trip for a later date at no extra cost.
  • Provide valid proof of the emergency for processing.

Standard Cancellation Policy – If the cancellation is due to personal reasons, the following rules apply:

  • More than 60 days before departure – 90% refund (excluding transaction fees).
  • 30–59 days before departure – 50% refund.
  • Less than 30 days before departure – No refund, but the client may transfer their trip to another person or reschedule at an additional cost.

3. Trip Rescheduling & Modifications

Flexible Date Changes – Clients may adjust their travel dates without additional charges if they notify us in advance.
Name Transfers – Bookings can be transferred to another person, subject to availability.
Itinerary Adjustments – We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions, park regulations, or unforeseen logistical reasons, ensuring the best possible experience.


4. Travel Insurance & Client Responsibility

Clients are encouraged to have travel insurance covering trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost belongings.
Personal Responsibility – Travelers must ensure they have valid passports, visas, and vaccinations before departure.
Health & Safety – Clients should inform us of any medical conditions that may affect their travel experience.


5. Liability & Disclaimer

✔ While we take every precaution to ensure a safe and enjoyable safari, Tanzania Migration Safaris & Travel is not liable for:

  • Delays or cancellations due to airline schedules, weather, or government regulations.
  • Loss of personal belongings or unforeseen accidents (clients are advised to have personal travel insurance).
  • Changes in itinerary due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., national park restrictions, severe weather, or road conditions).
