These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Tanzania Migration Safaris & Travel and its clients. By booking or using our services, clients agree to the terms outlined below. Our goal is to maintain fairness, transparency, and mutual understanding for both parties.
Booking and Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment, as communicated at the time of booking. Tanzania Migration Safaris & Travel reserves the right to confirm or decline bookings based on operational considerations.
Pricing and Payments
All prices are quoted in advance and are based on current rates. Prices may change due to factors beyond our control such as government fees, park fees, fuel costs, or currency fluctuations. Clients will be informed in advance of any significant changes.
Changes to Itineraries
We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to itineraries when necessary for safety, weather conditions, wildlife movements, or other operational reasons. Any changes made will aim to maintain or improve the overall experience for the client.
Cancellations, Refunds, and Postponement
Client satisfaction and fairness are very important to us. In the event that a trip is affected by unforeseen major events or disasters such as natural disasters, earthquakes, pandemics (including COVID-19), government restrictions, or other force majeure situations, the following options will apply upon provision of valid supporting evidence:
Clients will be entitled to a 100% refund, or
Clients may choose to postpone their trip to a later date without penalty, subject to mutual agreement.
For cancellations not related to force majeure events, standard cancellation terms will be communicated at the time of booking.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate personal and travel information, ensuring valid travel documents, visas, insurance, and complying with local laws and regulations during the trip.
Health, Safety, and Travel Insurance
While Tanzania Migration Safaris & Travel prioritizes client safety and follows high safety standards, clients are strongly advised to have valid travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and personal belongings.
Limitation of Liability
Tanzania Migration Safaris & Travel acts as a facilitator of travel services and shall not be held responsible for circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including delays, weather conditions, government actions, or third-party service providers.
Code of Conduct
Clients are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, guides, wildlife, local communities, and fellow travelers. We reserve the right to terminate services without refund in cases of serious misconduct.
Amendments to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions when necessary. Any updates will be communicated through our official platforms.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Tanzania.
